Brian Beck - Sun Microsystems, Inc.Brian Beck is a Staff Engineer in Sun Microsystems' Java Software division. He joined the Java team in 1996 and has worked on all aspects of the internationalization architecture. Currently his work is focused on complex text rendering and the internationalization of the Swing UI tool kit. Prior to Sun, Brian worked on the internationalization teams at Netscape and Taligent. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Canada. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).

license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
