Bill Hall - SimulTrans, L.L.C.Bill Hall has worked for many years as a developer and consultant on Windows, Windows 95/98, Windows NT, and Windows CE. Beginning in 1992 with his seminal Microsoft Systems Journal article on Windows National Language Support, he has turned his attention to the problems of Software Internationalization. Currently he is the Internationalization Director at SimulTrans in Mountain View, CA, where he helps clients engineer their applications to meet the demands of operating in European and Asian languages. In his spare time he writes for Multilingual Computing and teaches at the University of California's Santa Cruz Extension. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
