Xing Liu - GlobalSight Corporation

As an eGlobalization Strategist for GlobalSight, Xing Liu provides consulting services to multinational companies to effectively define their Web globalization strategies and establish a successful roadmap. Liu has worked with clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Gartner, Capital Group and Mercury Interactive to help them develop a global Web presence. Known as a leader in globalization strategy, technology and tools, Liu has extensive experience in improving the time-to-market process, developing global products, and maintaining global brand consistency.

Before joining GlobalSight, Liu was an eBusiness technical manager at Xerox Corporation where he executed the company's Web globalization initiatives. Previously, he worked for a leading IT consulting firm in Shanghai, China, where he was instrumental in implementing the first point-of-sale system for major supermarkets in China. Liu earned a double master's degree in computer engineering and telecommunication and network management from Syracuse University, and a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Fudan University in Shanghai.
