Charles Wu - Everlasting Systems LimitedMr Wu is the Chief Engineer and Manager of Product Development Everlasting Systems Limited. Prior to joining Everlasting Systems Limited in 1999 Mr Wu was Software Engineer of the Technical Development Center of Sun Microsystems China where he developed Java tools and worked on Internationalization and Localization projects. Before joining Sun Microsystems Mr Wu worked IT projects and in IT education for various organizations in China. Mr Wu holds a BS in mathematics from Nan Kai University in Tianjin China. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).

license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
of GMS and is composed of volunteers active in Unicode and in international software
