Unicode Conference Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Cancellations received and post-marked prior to May 1, 2002 will receive an 80% refund to be mailed after the Conference. After May 1, 2002 there will be a 20% refund issued.

Please note: This registration entitles the above named registrant only, entrance to the Conference. Substitutions will be permitted to May 14, 2002.
