Richard Youatt is a graduate in the social sciences from the University of Sussex (UK) and the Institut Europeen des Hautes Etudes Internationales (France). He organized tours and seminars for several hundred American students and teachers throughout Western Europe. He has experience of Operations Research in US county government, private industry, and 5 years of experience with IBM. He is currently working as Operations Manager of the American University of Armenia Corporation in Oakland California. He acts as a technical advisor and organizational consultant to the Armenian National Standards body, and has made presentations to the San Jose Unicode conferences on localization and internationalization.
