Dave’s main activities include training client teams, performing i18n assessments, consulting clients on g11n issues, and leading i18n efforts onsite and offsite. Dave has over 25 years experience in the global software markets, 20 of these were spent in Germany performing all imaginable g11n tasks on operating systems, applications, documentation, hardware, and QA. He is currently very active in the W3C-intl, Unicode, and ICU groups, pushing hard for improvements of the locale model, for which he founded the Locales Group on Yahoo. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).

license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
