Question about IBM character sets

Thanks to all the people responded to my question about the difference
between UNIX and Windows codepages.
Here are some questions related character sets that I need to be
educated:

1. Is IBM-932 the same as SHITF-JIS encoding point by point? My concern
is that does conversion needed between these 2 code pages?

2. Does anyone have a complete list of AIX locale names with its
corresponding character set used?
