Khmer chart correction for Unicode 3.0

Unicoders,

During the recent WG2 meeting in Beijing, the Cambodian delegation
noted some serious glyph errors in the Khmer chart in Unicode 3.0.
Unfortunately, U+17BE..U+17C5 were printed incorrectly, and that
error slipped by all the editorial glyph checking. (The exact same
error occurred in the printing of ISO/IEC 10646-1:2000, since the
same fonts were used for printing both standards.)

The corrected chart has been prepared and is available for download
in pdf format. See:
