Karambir,
Actually if you want a good demonstration of Indian font in browsers you
will need to have Windows 2000 with IE 5.5 web browser installed.
Then log on to http://www.hclrss.demon.co.uk/unicode/#links
Windows 2000 comes with two Indian fonts that are install if you select
Indian language support. One for Devanagari and Tamil. If you go down the
page a select these fonts you will see then displayed on your browser using
the fonts on your system.
If you want to see more tests in Unicode UTF-8 then try
http://oss.software.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/icu/localeexplorer/
Go the bottom and select "Label Locale" , Then "Show All" then scroll down
and you should be able to select Devanagari labels. Then try the locale
explorer program.
