The problem is that that really goes beyond the intention of
the list. We would end up having to put a "Latin[4]" after
*every* non-Latin entry, since it is almost certain that every
language not written with the Latin script natively at some
point has been transliterated and/or transcribed with the
Latin script. And then we would have to scan the Russian
literature to find all the languages that have been
transliterated and/or transcribed with Cyrillic, and so on.

This is an interesting proposal for someone else to do and
post on a website somewhere, but the intent of the Unicode
languages and scripts list is to provide a basic listing to
indicate to people the script support in Unicode for various
languages, particularly those written with a non-Latin script.
