I have been working on it and have discussed it with Trond Trosterud
and Klaas Ruppel with whom I worked on encoding the Uralic Phonetic
Alphabet. We have also discussed encoding Norvegia and the Swedish
Landsmålsalfabetet.

The usual constraints upon resources have applied.
