Really. The UK and Ireland and New Zealand and Australia and Canada
are part of the English-speaking world, and at least the UK and
Canada have populations who use scripts other than the Latin.
And Portugal and Denmark and Indonesia and Madagascar are just as
incompentent and uninterested in CJK and Thaana and Tagbanwa as
anyone else.
