My idea would be for the new names to be used in ALL contexts. As for
the text of the standard, probably the best thing would be to use only
the U+xxxx forms of the names to avoid giving official recognition to
the new names, at least in cases where there is a difference between the
deprecated and new names. After all, it would look very odd for the text
to include misspelled words like BRAKCET.
