New Public Review Issue: UTS #10 Proposed Update

    The Unicode Technical Committee has posted a new issue for public review
    and comment. Details are on the following web page:

    Review period for the new item closes on July 31, 2006.

    Briefly, the new issue is:

    94 Proposed Update to UTS #10: Unicode Collation Algorithm

    Draft UTS #10 is available for public review. The main changes are the
    incorporation of informative material from UTN #9, and updated references
    to Unicode 5.0 and to UCA 5.0 data tables (to follow soon). The only
    planned changes in the weights to pre-Unicode 5.0 characters are for
    Tifinagh labial modifier letter.
