I ignored the existence of the CLDR-TC when it was created last year, or did not notice it.

But after reading that, the merged procedure looks very much like the UTC, and the CLDR-TC process is difficult to see. Where are CLDR-TC members listed? Does it consist in fact in the subscribing members of the CLDR Survey Tool?

For now I just see the Chair Officer (Mark Davis from Google), and the Vice-Chair Officer (Deborah Goldsmith from Apple). But may be the CLDR-TC also includes by default all members of the UTC...

What isthe status of the Survey Tool subscribers? This is not really clear. Do Liaison members (from other standardization commitees) really participate to the CLDR-TC?

Given that I am not listed as an individual member of the UTC, what is my effective status in the CLDR process if I'm not in the CLDR-TC, but my participation to the Survey Tool is considered?

To be honest, the documents is not very clear about the CLDR-TC (I only read the CLDR process, and I think I am one of those "Guest Vetters", the most restricted level of participation, given I cannot manage other users, and cannot see their emails).

But in the CLDR Survey tool, it says that I am a "Guest contributor", a different concept not defined in the CLDR process...

    Philippe.
