As we all know, U+2615 HOT BEVERAGE was encoded (in 4.0) at the
request of North Korea, who use the symbol to indicate a tea house on
maps. Now if only Michael and myself could back up our proposals for
encoding symbols with the threat of nuclear retaliation ;)
