    Yes, I understand that U+A78C/U+A78B were just added and that
    this is an attractive approach to the glottal stop problem, but
    my point was that this approach is not in use for Carrier, which
    is what I understand the chart to indicate. In fact, I rather
    doubt that anyone other than myself is even aware of these characters.
