Is the list intentionally confined to "glottals denoted by
hook-above-like or IPA-like characters" (besides the obvious
confinement to languages using the Latin script)?
Otherwise, e.g. Tlingit is missing (using U+002E full stop).
Also, afaik there are languages which use "basic" letters like q/Q.
