Hieroglyph fonts?

    Dear colleagues,
    though it is rather off topic here I would like to know: is there any
    quality font for Egyptian hieroglyphics? (The avialable freefonts don’t
    appeal, Linotypes’ fonts don’t provide all characers needed.)
