     Unicode Character Encoding Stability Policies Updated and New Property Value Stability Table page added
    ________________________________

    There are a number of new property stability policies, the table of property stability policies has been reformatted slightly for readability, and a new equivalent table ordered by property has been added. See:

    1. http://www.unicode.org/policies/stability_policy.html#Property_Value>

    2.
    http://www.unicode.org/policies/property_value_stability_table.html

    Notably, many new stability guarantees have been spelled out explicitly for Unicode identifiers. The invariants which underlie these stability guarantees are not actually new--they have been present for many versions of the Unicode Standard. The corresponding stability guarantees are, however, now formally part of the Unicode Character Encoding Stability Policies.

    These new policies cover:

    * The stability of the Name and Jamo_Short_Name properties
    * The relations between Identifier characters and Pattern_Syntax and Pattern_White_Space properties, and their stability over versions
    * The relations between General_Category=Nd and Numeric_Type=de
