    A remark among many surely possible: How come kra U+0138 is common, while
    it was used in a now obsolete orthography for Greenlandic (replaced with
    "q" in 1973 — see < http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kra_(letter) >), but the
    letters needed for Esperanto (ĉŝĝĵĥŭ) are tagged "other" (not common)?
