This looks like a moto in front of a grave (behind the wall). It is
giving the name of two persons, and the cause of
their death (apparently one was murdered and it's probably a woman,
probably dead from illness like plague, and his
husband ordered to have the inscription written after his own death.
The full text would typically be something like "(Here ly the bodies
of?) S(ir)Ce...elene, king? of this asylum, and
his (wife?) by law, killed by (Henri the?) sin, and we are burried
(here?) for the eternity". The two first lines may
explain their death (ending in "..ong" : "strong"? "wrong"? or "hang" ?).
