Sorry, this is no answer.
In this "thread" you and only you STATE that
this later which YOU have labelled to make
it you more authoritative is used
in "Moroccan Arabic".
Not a single word of "Moroccan Arabic", nor
a book, or a region of Moroccan where it is
supposably used. An image of a street sign or
a scan from a book is be welcome or
the period, if it is not used anymore.
I have lived in southern Morocco and have
never seen the letter. This does not mean
that it is not used, but that it has found
its way into the standard and that one person
says it is "Moroccan Arabic," is not good enough.
