The French character is C CU SEDIL�
The Turkish character is C CU SEDIL�
The Turkish character is S CU SEDIL�
The Romanian character is S CU VIRGUL� DEDESUBT
The Romanian character is S CU VIRGUL� DEDESUBT

CEDILLA does not appear in my Turkish dictionary, but COMMA is called VIRG�L.
