Nakanishi doesn't show it. Daniels and Bright don't show it. Haarmann shows
it as "ra" and equates it with TAMIL LETTER LLLA (U+0BB4) (also in
"Altkaranesisch" (Old Kannada), "Ceres", Malayalam, and Vatteluttu).
Faulmann shows the Old Kannada character (which has a crossbar between the
loops).
