For the record, it is ISO/IEC 8859-15 ("8859 Part 15"), Latin-9, nicknamed
Latin-0.
I propose avoiding the Latin-0 nickname. I know it got that nickname
because the code set's proponents saw it as a replacement for
Latin-1, but I believe Latin-1 is pretty firmly entrenched
(particularly since it also matches the first 256 positions
in Unicode), and Latin-0 confuses people.
