Yes, the reference to "GB12345-80" (that is, "80" and not "90") is a
typo. There must have been confusion because the original standard, GB
2312-80, has 80 at the end indicating its year. Also, the full
designation is GB/T 12345-90 (and the "T" doesn't stand for
"Traditional").
