Their _companies_ are at least. Go to a WG2 meeting and you'll be amazed at
how many mixes there are in people born in one country representing
another. (It's a very international bunch we are, even when we disagree....)

I got my dose in a US school for about 2 weeks in about 1970. I wouldn't
really call that "learning the metric system". It was "learning about the
metric system".
