Marco,

I have a freeware Unicode font that includes polytonic Greek plus lots of
other stuff. At this moment it exists only in a Windows version, but I am
planning to produce a Mac version and could do so fairly quickly if that
would help you. The TrueType font does not yet have hand hinting, and so
it does not look really good on screen, although it prints very nicely. I
will be doing the hinting this summer.

I'm not yet aware of any on the Mac. The ones that have commonly been used
by classicsts are not Unicode-based. I have a polytonic keyboard for
Windows that I have created using Keyman, which is not available for the
Mac. I'd be happy to share the documentation for this, if you or anyone
else wanted to implement those keystrokes in a Mac environment. Years ago
I used ResEdit to make Mac keyboards, but my old Mac is stuck in System 7
and I don't know what the situation is with such things under current
versions of the Mac OS.
