That is a shame - information on (or at least a bare list of) the basic
sub-set of OT features applied to each paricular complex script, and on
any charcter reordering etc that needs to be done by the shaping engine,
seems necessary in order to shape these scripts in a standard way -
so, if it is going to be a standard, IMO this info should be included as
an appendix to the spec.
