As far as I can see, it is not present in Unicode - at least not in the
block where one would expect to find it if it were there. Moreover, I would
not expect it to be included, since it is not a symbol that is used as a
character in text, but rather in buttons, labels, and diagrams.
Chapter 15.6 of the Unicode standard, p. 511, see

describes the technical symbols included and gives, at least between the
lines, some idea of what types of symbols might be encoded as _characters_.
