What are the relative changes of a snowball in hell and coming up with a
solution
of decomposing the Han into their radicals, so that they could be, more
or less,

        BEGIN HAN
        RADICAL 1
        RADICAL 2
        ...
        POSSIBLE HAN-SPECIFIC MODIFIERS
        ...
        END HAN

instead of having to try to encode all the myriad combinations? Of
course, we
would still have to preserve the "composed Han" for backward
compatibility reasons.
