     I am using hosted PHP5, Linux My SQL environment prepared to use UTF8.

    I am on Windows XP and whom do you expect me to contact?. Marathi Unicode is already enabled on my Comp.

    What version of PHP? And who / what / where is this validation being done?

    What OS is this?
