No, it's not, because at the last WG2 meeting and at the last UTC
meeting both committees decided not to enter into technical discussion
and review of the proposals.
It remains true however, that N3532 shows that the proposal from Gbor
Hossz and the proposal from Gbor Bakonyi are subsets of the proposal
by myself and Andr Szabolcs Szelp.
