Erratum to the SGML->Unicode table:

For:
gammad ISOgrk3 0x03DD #
read:
gammad ISOgrk3 0x03DC # GREEK LETTER DIGAMMA

The Unicode 1.0 codepoint 03DD (lower case digamma) was
removed in Unicode 2.0, as digamma never had a lower case
form.

Any other errata can be posted to this list or sent
to cowan@ccil.org and will be gratefully accepted.
