CompuServe 2000 does not provide me with a UTF-8-enabled editor. Otherwise I
would send Unicode in a heartbeat. For that reason I never get annoyed when
others who are more fortunate send messages in UTF-8 and I have to cut and
paste them into SC UniPad to read them.
