Note from WG 2 Convenor: Unicode Version 17.0 is a strict subset of ISO/IEC 10646 7th Edition, meaning that anything that is reflected in the Unicode Version 17.0 Alpha review (2025-02-04 through 2025-04-02) will be incorporated into the next progression of ISO/IEC 10646 7th Edition (aka CD.2). In addition, anything that is reflected in the Unicode Version 17.0 Beta review (2025-05-20 through 2025-07-02) will be incorporated into CD.2 or later. ISO/IEC 10646 7th Edition is also targeting Unicode Version 18.0 (2026).
